Reverses order every round, i.e. person who picks at 1 in the first round, picks last in 2nd round. Repeat to end of draft.
So I pick 3rd in round one, 14th in round 2, 3rd in round 3, etc etc

Yeah it is, usual draft rules.
nemsis going for Reyes or Ramirez? I suppose you get which ever one he doesn't!
Interestingly I'm next to my dad in the draft so the family rivalries should make it interesting!

A snake draft is what we ran last year, standard Yahoo draft. Excellent draw, btw. ;D Then again, I picked Reyes 4th overall last year, and struggled to mid-table...

I was absolutely stunned. Then I got over that, and descended into utter glee. ;D A-Rod is the #1 player in baseball, period, fantasy or otherwise. I was trembling over the prospect of having to decide between Jose Reyes or Hanley Ramirez, but more likely opt for David Wright after being burned by a lack of power last year. Couldn't have worked out better for me. At this stage, anyway.

Marlinboyz has not picked in nearly 20 hours, plus being from Australia it is night time there at the moment, so I have picked for him.

Interesting picks...the last three guys to pick in round 1, and thus the first three to pick in round 2, chose the following:-
Paris: Carl Crawford & Grady Sizemore Schilling: Brandon Phillips & BJ Upton American: Johan Santana & Jake Peavy
I can see why each first-rounder was taken, but the second-rounders?? I can see why Paris takes two good all-round OF with SB capability, and I guess there's some merit to taking Upton with Phillips - all those players have a reasonably good HR/SB combination. BUT, similar to taking the game's top two pitchers - you have to take a big power guy early, or you cross your fingers later.
Blackburn RedSox got Braun AND Ortiz, which is a STEAL, imho. I would have picked in this order:-
Santana Ortiz Phillips Crawford
Just my .02 ;D

he's taken upton very high in the draft, but i guess he's backing him to continue to improve.
going for two pitchers is a bit of a risk, but it could really pay off.
i went for the two players i thought would most dominate a category at the point i'm drafting, so i feel ok about it, but not overly excited by the two picks i've made so far. then again, you know i'm going to be trying to make some trades...i'm already thinking some over.
would you like to do my 12th round pick for your first round nemesis?

I must add, I would have drafted Braun, although I'm a bit reluctant to draft a guy who has less than a year behind him that high in the draft.
